The young athlete confidently prevailed against her competitors, relegating Slovenian Lena Goric and Spaniard Julia Benach Zubero to second and third place, respectively. "I wanted to enjoy the last Junior European Cup and give it my all. In the final, I realized the route suited me well. When I made the decisive move, I realized: I'm standing on the podium. That it would be the highest was a surprise and a fantastic finish," she said in her initial reaction.
Moar impressed with her strong form right from the qualifying round, securing third place and a clear spot in the final. There, she left her competitors no chance: she was only defeated at hold 33+ – a score no other athlete even came close to. Lena Goric only managed hold 22+, impressively underlining Moar's dominance.
Thanks to this outstanding performance, Moar finishes the season in an excellent second place in the overall standings of the Youth European Cup – beaten only by Lena Goric.
Other athletes from South Tyrol also competed in Toulouse: Bettina Dorfmann (AVS Brixen) narrowly missed qualifying for the final, finishing 21st. Leonie Hofer (AVS Passeier) finished 34th in the general category.
