Eva Lechner narrowly missed the podium in Nove Mesto

Eva Lechner started the second World Cup weekend in Nove Mesto na Morave, Czech Republic, with an excellent 4th place in the Eliminator Sprint. The Eppan woman from Team Colnago Sudtirol just missed the podium and improved to 9th place in this spectacular discipline from the start of the World Cup in Albstadt. A fourth place, which of course gives rise to great hopes for the cross-country race on Sunday, where the South Tyrolean wants to confirm herself at the top of the world.
