Real Wild Child and Apex are the winners of the day

Real Wild Child celebrated an undisputed start – finish – victory among the debutants in the Preis Cogne.

The gelding from the Aichner family racing stable fully lived up to his role as favorite and, with Josef Bartos in the saddle, controlled the competition from the first to the last meter. With a respectful distance, the outsider Keep And Kalm won the fight for the place of honor ahead of Modigliana and Superius.

Apex from Axel Ambruschitz's racing team left the track this afternoon as the winner of the second main race. The gelding trained by Paolo Favero, with Jan Myska in the saddle, separated himself from the competition after jumping the last hurdle in the Saverio Lembo prize and won ahead of the Polish gelding Poirot (G. Volpe) and the favorite duo from the Aichner First Polar – Madrilene racing team through.

As expected, Laldann (T. Podraska) prevailed on the cross country course. The gelding from the Aichner racing team defeated Heichal, who had been leading for a long time, on the home straight.

Berkshire Phoenix won the hurdle race for the Royal Mougins prize. The gelding trained by Paolo Favero, ridden by Jan Faltejsek, retained the upper hand in a thrilling final battle against Sky Costellation (Gabriele Agus). Further daily victories went to Ancalena and Blek Paradise.
