FC Südtirol is mourning the loss of two points

The guests' superiority lasted until the 58th minute, when Cappelletti had to take an early shower after the second card. From then on, the former Serie A club pressed for the equalizer. At first Rossi and Iraci failed, but in the 76th minute Mattia Bani did better. He heaved the ball into the net after a corner to make it 2-2. Vecchi then tried to bring new momentum into the FCS game by substituting Campo and Bertoni, but the end result could no longer be shaken. Also because Reggiana knew how to stop the guests' offensive efforts in the last minutes of the game.
