FC Südtirol narrowly lost to leaders Sorrento

FC Südtirol had a dream start against the leaders, as Campo gave the guests the lead in the fifth minute with a powerful right-footed shot. The White-Reds' joy didn't even last 20 minutes. Mirri brought down Erpen in the 23rd minute and Paulinho safely converted the penalty. Almost a quarter of an hour later, Sorrento celebrated again, but the referee disallowed Paulinho's goal because of a handball.

After a corner, Paulinho pushed the ball over the line to make it 3-2 from Sorrento's perspective.

As a result, Sorrento was closer to their fourth goal than FC Südtirol was to the equalizer. With the exception of the 79th minute, when Campo narrowly missed the goal with an overhead kick. After five minutes of added time, referee Cafari Panico blew the whistle.
