Oberliga: Bozner FC takes a point from the leaders

Around a week after the bitter 1-4 defeat against Levico, the “Jergina” were only able to make partial amends on Easter Monday. The derby between Bozner FC and St. Georgen ended in a 2-2 draw. In Bolzano, the leaders from the Pustertal were even 0-2 down at half-time - Bocchio and Degasperi had put the home team in the lead - before Orfanello and Thomas Piffrader were able to equalize in the second half of the game to make the final score 2-2. Thanks to the point they won, the Morini team took sole lead in the table again, but Levico's gap has shrunk to a very thin point.

In the second South Tyrolean derby, Eppan retained the upper hand with a 1-0 win against Salurn. Shkelqim Lekiqi scored the winning goal from a penalty in the 77th minute.

Brixen defeats Alense

SSV Brixen achieved a respectable success: after six games without a win (two draws, four defeats), they were able to celebrate a “threesome” again and thus gain some breathing room in the relegation battle. The Domstadt team won 3-1 at home against fourth-placed Alense. Davide Lorenzi and Mirco Schrott had already put the hosts ahead 2-0 in the first half of the game, before Lorenzi even increased the lead to 55-3 in the 0th minute with his second goal of the day. The visitors' goal in the 83rd minute came too late.
