Bruneck takes the lead – Schenna celebrates
Bruneck scored important points in the battle for the top position, while Schenna also scored a win at home.

Bruneck faced Lana on Saturday as part of the regional league weekend. In Burgraviato, the Pustertal team had the chance to maintain their lead in the table in a duel with their closest rivals, Ahrntal – a feat the league leaders did with ease. Bruneck prevailed against the hosts with a solid 2-0 victory. The goals came from Stefan Nagler in the 30th minute and Thomas Piffrader in the 63rd minute. Ahrntal has the opportunity to follow suit on Sunday in their home game against Gitschberg Jochtal.
In the second match of the day, Tscherms Marling and Schenna faced each other. Schenna won the home game 2-1. After Jonatan Flarer gave the visitors the lead with a penalty in the 30th minute, the home side turned the game around in the second half with goals from Thomas Mair (47th) and Jakob Gögele (50th).
The match between Kiens and Terlan, also scheduled for Saturday, was postponed due to the Tragedy of Markus Hernegger cancelled.
