Martin Gander scored a hat trick for Schluderns – but apparently in vain.
Replay: Explosive case in the 1st Amateur League
On September 28, Schluderns won its home game in the 1st Amateur League (Group A) against Riffian Kuens 3-0. However, the Burggräfler subsequently filed an appeal, which has now been accepted—at least in part.

Riffian Kuens filed a protest against the result, arguing that Schluderns had submitted a roster with a higher number of players than permitted, namely 22 instead of the 20. The home team defended itself to the South Tyrolean Football Association and admitted the error. Schluderns explained that it was a purely administrative error, as four additional players were injured and not in their team uniforms—essentially unfit for action.
To support this claim, the Vinschgau team presented images intended to prove that the extra players were indeed unavailable for the match. The club argued that this error did not influence the course of the game in any way or provide a competitive advantage, and therefore requested that the result achieved on the field be upheld, possibly accompanied by a small fine.
The referee subsequently confirmed in the supplementary report that 22 Schluderns players were present during the preliminary check. Therefore, the sports judge partially accepted Riffian Kuens' appeal because Schluderns' roster was incorrect. The decision is a replay. The date has not yet been set. In addition, Schluderns was fined €200 and a coach was suspended for two weeks.
