Besides Tramin, Haslacher SV, Real Bozen, Real Bubi Meran, Futsal Atesina, Neugries and Napoli Club Bozen also participated in the championship.
The teams competed in a championship with home and away matches over a total of 14 match days. In the end, ASV Tramin Football emerged victorious. Last Sunday, after their final match against Napoli Club, the black and whites were presented with the trophy. In the presence of Tramin's mayor, Wolfgang Oberhofer, the president of the Bolzano regional committee, Klaus Schuster, and the futsal coordinator, Silvio Bonato, presented the trophy. Tramin has thus also qualified for the national championship.
“Our first U15 futsal championship was a complete success, thanks to the participating clubs and the young players, who had a lot of fun and always showed great sportsmanship on the pitch, as well as in the stands, where the crowd was enthusiastic but never overly so,” said organizer Silvio Bonato. “It was wonderful to see the cooperation that developed between the regular football clubs and the futsal clubs, who supported each other, made their sports halls available when needed, and rescheduled matches so that the young players could participate in both activities. This five-a-side football championship, which took place during the winter break, was a success, and we are ready to extend this opportunity to the U13 and U17 age groups next season,” Bonato continued.
