State league: liberation strikes and clear signals
The 17th matchday of the national league was concluded on Sunday with the remaining 5 games. Brixen and Ahrntal achieved clear victories.

Brixen has reacted to rival Bruneck's strong start to the second half of the season. The Domstadt team beat St. Martin Moos at home 5-0 and are still 5 points ahead of the Puster team at the top. St. Martin Moos, on the other hand, has to be careful. The Psairers are even threatened with relegation to the 1st amateur league this year.
Ahrntal experienced a difficult first half of the season this year. But the Teldra are back on track. On Sunday there was a 4-0 win at home against Milland, which moved Ahrntal to 4th place. Milland, on the other hand, is still second to last. Riffian Kuens has one more point. The blue-whites had to admit defeat in Salurn - despite being ahead - 1:3. Double packer Fabio Bertoldi was mainly responsible for this with his goals 18 and 19 this season.
The Ridnaun Valley selection, on the other hand, landed a liberating blow. After the 1-0 home win against Voran Leifers, the Wipptalers can once again have legitimate hopes of staying in the league. In the rest of the regional league game, Val Gardena beat Terlan 1-0.
