Bayern Munich clearly defeats WSG Tirol

The German record champions warmed up for the start of the season in a friendly match against the Austrian Bundesliga club WSG Tirol.

FC Bayern beat the North Tyroleans 3-0 on Tuesday. In Bayern's dress rehearsal three days before the DFB Cup opener against second division newcomers SSV Ulm on Friday, striker Harry Kane (3rd), Joao Palhinha (46th), who was reportedly signed for around 48 million euros, and Gabriel Vidovic (80th) scored. In front of 9.500 spectators in Unterhaching, WSG midfielder Stefan Skrbo only hit the crossbar (50th).

Bayern's regular players such as Joshua Kimmich, Serge Gnabry and Aleksandar Pavlovic sat in the stands in civilian clothes. Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui, who are reportedly about to move to Manchester United, were not in the squad, nor was Leon Goretzka, who is also considered a transfer candidate.
