NHL: 65 and not tired

Auston Matthews is Toronto's darling. In the 3-2 win after extra time against the Pittsburgh Penguins, the American scored his 65th goal of the season for the Maple Leafs.

Toronto is one of the eleven teams that have already qualified for the play-offs in the best ice hockey league in the world. With Nashville, champions Vegas and Los Angeles, three other teams are almost through.

The fight for the last two play-off tickets in the Eastern Conference is completely open. The New York Islanders (85 points), Detroit (84), Pittsburgh (84), Washington (83) and Philadelphia (83) are fighting for it.

Meanwhile, the Vancouver Canucks continued their high. After the 4:3 win against champions Vegas, the Canadians already have 104 points and have long been in the top 16.

Three assists from JT Miller

Conor Garland scored two goals and JT Miller had three assists for Vancouver in the win against the Golden Knights. Two goals from Jack Eickel were not enough for Vegas.
