With his eighth playoff goal and an assist seconds before the end, Leon Draisaitl led the Edmonton Oilers to a 3-2 win and the equalizer in the series against the Vancouver Canucks.
The striker from Germany made it 1-0 on Tuesday evening (local time) and prepared Evan Bouchard's winning goal 39 seconds before the end. Draisaitl has contributed at least one goal in all playoff games this season. The victory was in jeopardy at the end when Brock Boeser scored to equalize - but just 62 seconds later Bouchard slammed the puck into the net after Draisaitl's preparatory work to take the lead again.

The two teams will face each other again on Friday's European night, then in Vancouver. To advance to the Conference Finals, a team needs four wins.
Are the Panthers wobbling?
The Florida Panthers missed the opportunity to do so in Game 1 of the series against the Boston Bruins. The Panthers lost 2-XNUMX in front of their own fans and now have to play a sixth game on Saturday night. For the vital success in the ice hockey thriller in Game 5, the Bruins needed strong nerves and quick legs. But that's exactly what Boston had, especially in the first third (13:4 shots on goal). This was rewarded by striker Morgan Geekie, who was played in front of the goal and let Florida goalkeeper Sergei Bobrovsky run into space with a fine forehand-backhand movement. Florida equalized after the break through Sam Reinhart, but regained the lead in a beautiful move: Trent Frederick and Charlie Coyle played two drop passes to McAvoy, who skated into the slot and then scored to make it 2-1 . It was the final score.
