Hannes Kirchler over 30 m for the 61th time in his career

Discus thrower Hannes Kirchler won the 9th edition of the Brugnera meeting in Friuli with a strong performance. The 34-year-old from Meran achieved 61,18 m on his first throw and then reached 60,57 m on his fifth attempt. This was the 30th time that Kirchler had exceeded the 61m mark. His personal best is 65,01m, set six years ago in Bolzano.
