Youth talent shines in Lana

The third stage of the Ladurner Grand Prix took place in Lana on a cool and partly wet Saturday.

For the U16 girls, Jana Turk from SC Meran ran the 80 m hurdles in a strong 12.47 seconds. The SAB athletes once again dominated the boys category. A total of seven of the nine discipline victories went to the young talents from Bolzano. Andrea Bassani (80m, high, wide) and Stefano Rossi (discus, javelin) played a major role in this with a triple and double victory respectively.

The U14 aces also knew how to impress in Lana. Especially Hannah Amhof from Merano, who won the 60 m hurdles with a new personal best of 9.48 seconds. Arianna Vitella from LC Bozen was at the top of the podium in the 60 m and long jump. Among the boys, Fabian Noah Nussbaumer was once again in a class of his own. The host won the 60 m sprint, the high jump and the shot put.
