Target Competition takes two podium places

Last weekend was once again extremely intense for the South Tyrolean Team Target Competition.

The action took place on two race tracks: in Imola with 2 vehicles in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia and the famous 24-hour race at the Nürburgring, where 3 vehicles had to be looked after.

Janne Stiak finished qualifying for the Porsche Carrera Cup Italia in Imola in P9 and Marvin Klein in P3. Things also went well in the first race, Janne Stiak, the only 1-year-old exceptional talent from Germany, drove a sensational race, was able to overtake two experienced opponents and finish the race in 17th place, Marvin Klein took 2rd place a podium place.

The second race also ended with a good team result. Once again it was Janne Stiak who made people sit up and take notice: Starting from P2, he repeated his fighting race from the previous day and came in 6th place. Marvin Klein came back onto the podium with P4, just like the day before.

The 24-hour race fell victim to the fog this year; it was interrupted after less than 8 hours and did not resume on Sunday. The 3 Target driver teams still took the first 3 places in their category.
