Roland Mayr set the fastest time of the day in Lana.

Auto slalom: Rolly is the winner of the day

The second run of the 39th South Tyrolean Auto Slalom Championship took place in the Lana industrial zone. The winner of the day was Roland Mayr from Lana in his Autobianchi A112 Abarth.

Mayr from Racing Team Meran set what was clearly the fastest time of the day in 38,68 seconds. Behind them came Bruno Pedot (RS Mendel/41,53) and Kevin Lechner (MSG Vinschgau/42,00).


Class winners in Lana were – entry-level class: Florian Wegmann (MSG Vinschgau/45,49); Uniformity: Florian Pfitscher (Racing Team Meran/deviation 0,06); Up to 1600 cc: Urban Hillebrand (RT Meran/42,62); Over 1600 cc: Manuel Niederstätter (RT Meran/42,74).

Julia Leiter the fastest lady

For the women, Julia Leiter from Racing Team Meran was in a class of her own in her Subaru (49,39). Furthermore, prepared vehicles up to 1600 cc: Roland Mayr (38,68); prepared vehicles over 1600 cc: Bruno Pedot (RS Mendel/41,53); Self-built vehicles: Roland Mayr (41,42).
