Zadra, who competed for the Caprino Veronese (VR) team, won two Italian championship titles in the team competition and also a bronze medal in the individual competition at these title fights.
The close-knit team with Luca Bauer, Silvio Roat, Paolo Weis and Markus Zadra won the gold medal with the 9mm long gun in the PCC (Pistol Caliber Rifle) discipline. This meant they were able to repeat their victory from last year in Verona.
All four sport shooters also achieved an exceptionally good performance in the Minirifle discipline, which involves shooting with a 22LR caliber long gun, and were always in the lead here too.
In the end this meant the second gold medal for the team Bauer, Roat, Weis and Zadra.
There was also the bronze medal in the individual competition in this discipline for the 58-year-old Kurtatscher. Very happy with this result was the president of the Caprino Veronese club, Osvaldo Prando, who gave the team a lot of support for this lavish championship.
