Berrettini is in the Kitzbühel final

The Italian Matteo Berrettini and the Frenchman Hugo Gaston will contest the final of the ATP 250 tennis tournament in Kitzbühel.

Berrettini won against the German Yannick Hanfmann on Friday in 1 hour and 30 minutes with a clear 6:4,6, 4:6. Gaston had even less trouble and benefited from the Argentinian's resignation after just 1,2 minutes in a 0:35, 13:XNUMX win against Facundo Diaz Acosta. The final in the Gamsstadt will take place on Saturday (XNUMX p.m.).

"The level was really high today. Yannick loves playing at high altitude. I feel really good, but of course I'm still missing a few matches," said Berrettini, who suffered an ankle injury at the 2023 US Open. "Winning the tournament would be incredible.
