The tennis superstar from Sexten had an unusual appointment on his schedule these days. For once it wasn't about sport, but about fashion. At the Fashion Week in Milan, he attracted all eyes.

Jannik Sinner was the celebrity who was most eagerly awaited at this year's fashion week in the Lombardy metropolis. On Thursday he initially accepted an invitation from Giovanni Malagò, the President of the Italian Olympic Committee, to an event in view of the 2026 Winter Games in Milan and Cortina On Friday, the 23-year-old South Tyrolean made his appearance on the red carpet at Fashion Week.

As soon as he left his accommodation in the Palazzo Parigi in the heart of Milan, he was busy signing autographs and taking selfies. Later, he was greeted by another crowd on the way to the catwalk.

Many fans had hoped that Anna Kalinskaya would accompany them, but Sinner's Russian girlfriend was recently in Moscow and did not come to the fashion event in Milan. The Pustertal native was invited to the event by his sponsor Gucci, who dressed him in a simple, trendy suit for the event.

Now it's off to China

Sinner, who recently trained in his adopted home of Monte Carlo, is now heading to China, where he will rejoin the ATP Tour next week in Beijing. After appearing at the ATP 500 tournament in the capital, which he won last year, he will then move on to the Masters competition in Shanghai.
