Stork or Christ child? Italian Olympic champion is expecting offspring

Just in time for Christmas, Giuliano Razzoli announced the news of his wife Elisa's pregnancy: “Merry Christmas, I wish everyone a day full of affection and happiness. There is some very special news for us." The Olympic champion wrote this on social media, collecting many congratulations and congratulations. In the picture posted you can see the two future parents beaming happily into the camera in front of the Christmas tree.

Razzoli's partner also comes from Reggio Emilia, and the two have been happily married since summer 2022. In the slalom last Friday in Madonna di Campiglio, Azzurro did not qualify for the second round. There is also much to suggest that this could possibly be Razzoli's last season in top-level sport. In any case, he would have plenty to do after the birth of his child.

Over the course of his long career, the 39-year-old celebrated his highlight at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Whistler, where he sensationally won slalom gold. Apart from that, the Azzurro has two more World Cup victories and a total of eleven podium finishes to his name. The 2006 Olympic champion celebrated his debut in the highest class of alpine skiing in the slalom on the Gran Risa (Alta Badia).
