Norwegian is spoken in the combination

The Nordic combined athletes from Norway are also the benchmark in Otepää, Estonia.

After Jarl Magnus Riiber, his compatriot Gyda Westvold Hansen also celebrated victory in the rarely held mass start on Friday. Already in the lead after the ten-kilometer run, Riiber showed the longest jump in the field in the final jump of 99 meters. Behind him, the Estonian Kristjan Ilves and the Austrian Johannes Lamparter made it onto the podium. Aaron Kostner and Samuel Costa finished 23rd and 27th.

In the women's category, the strong jumper Westvold Hansen was able to overtake her compatriot Ida Marie Hagen, who was leading after the run, with 92,5 meters. Mari Leinan Lund, who was still in 12th place after the cross-country skiing, completed the Norwegian podium. Daniela Dejori took 15th place.
