Presque Isle: Soukalova wins the sprint, 7th Doro Wierer

After the men's disappointing performances, South Tyrol's biathletes were also unable to fully impress at the World Cup sprint in Presque Isle in the USA. The victory went to World Cup leader Gabriela Soukalova ahead of the surprisingly strong American Susan Dunklee. Dorothea Wierer from Rasen took 7th place as the best “Azzurra”, with two errors at the shooting range.
