This is how the Italian Luge Championships went

The Italian luge championships could confidently be called a South Tyrolean event. Only local athletes took part in the competition, which took place in Oberhofer (GER).

In the absence of Dominik Filehner, Leon Felderer was crowned Italian men's champion. Alex Gufler came in second, followed by the young Lukas Peccei from Wengen/La Val. Among the women, there was also a notable absentee, Sandra Robatscher. Verena Hofer grabbed the title, followed by Nina Zöggeler (2nd) and Annalena Huber (2rd).

Emanuel Rieder and Simon Kainzwaldner won the men's doubles. The duo from Meransen and Villanders relegated Ivan Nagler/Fabian Malleier (2nd) and Ludwig Rieder/Alex Gufler (3rd) to the other places. Only Andrea Vötter and Marion Oberhofer took part in the women's race, which is why they also secured the Italian championship title.
