Stefan Palla, former player and captain of HCM, will be behind the bench this season as an assistant coach alongside Christian Borgatello and Alexander Egger. This brings additional experience from many years of playing ice hockey to the coaching team.

Frederic Cloutier will take on the role of goalie coach. The Italian-Canadian goalkeeper will be responsible for the Merano goalkeepers next season and will contribute his experience as a professional.

Both know the club well; Palla played for HC Meran from 2003 to 2014, and Cloutier was the Eagles' goalkeeper from 2021 to 2023.
