An overview of the South Tyrolean ice hockey players abroad

We start with Austria, where Manuel Ramoser (16 goals + 34 assists in 27 games), Tobias Fink (28+26 in 29 games) and Daniel Sparer (0+10 in 28 games) hunt for pucks for the Innsbruck U20 team. Sparer comes from the HC Eppan youth team, while Ramoser and Fink went through the Ritten Sport youth department as well Stefan Ramoser , who collected 28 goals and 13 assists in 17 championship games for Zirl in the fourth division.

The club management of the Ticino first division club recently extended Kostner's contract for another year. Rittner, on the other hand, is in the second Swiss league Tobias Plankl in action, who after moving from Thurgau to Chaux-de-Fonds played 49 times for his new employer and recorded 2 goals and 14 assists.

From Switzerland we head to the far north, more specifically to Finland, where three local ice hockey cracks earn their money. One of them is a goalkeeper Andrew Bernard , who played significantly less at SaiPa last season after a sensationally strong 2010/11 season. Nevertheless, he played 6 games in the SM-liiga and played on loan at third division club RoKi. Roland Hofer from Vipiteno, on the other hand, is already in its fourth season in Finland. In the past season he played in 44 second division matches for Peliitat and had 1+5 scorer points. He played in the second highest Finnish league Simon Kostner , the son of Val Gardena coach Erwin Kostner. The 21-year-old from Ladin was on the top scorer list once in 31 games for JYP's second team and prepared 6 goals. Due to his good performances with the youth team, Kostner was nominated for an SM Liiga game for the first time in his career. By the end of the season he was used three more times for JYP in the top league.
