S+"Hoping for a South Tyrolean president"

An era came to an end at the top of Italy's ice sports federation FISG on July 25th. After twelve years, Andrea Gios was voted out as president. Since then, a suitable successor for the 63-year-old former mayor of Asiago has been feverishly sought.

If Christian Trettl (pictured), the long-time president of the South Tyrolean Ice Sports Federation, has his way, then a South Tyrolean should be at the helm of FISG in the future.
