This series keeps getting scarier

The Edmonton Oilers have extended their record-breaking run in the NHL and are just three more wins away from the all-time record in the world's best ice hockey league.

The 4-1 win against the Columbus Blue Jackets was the 14th win in a row for superstar Connor McDavid's team, who scored a goal on Tuesday evening (local time). The Oilers have thus extended the record for the longest winning streak by a Canadian team, and are not far behind the Pittsburgh Penguins' record of 17 wins in a row from the 1992/1993 season.
