The last season was under no stars: the American adventure ended early, with the Rittner Buam permanently injured after just one appearance - the signs point to a new start. The 19-year-old right-handed shooter was only able to train again at the end of the 2023 season and is now eager to fight for a regular place at HC Pustertal.

Luke De Lorenzo Meo also receives a contract with the Wolves. The winger also comes from the HCP Junior reservoir and can already count on 3 years of experience in the Alps Hockey League with HC Pustertal (2018-2021, 16 scorer points). The beginning of the “ICE” era in Bruneck often only brought the hard bench, which is why joining the farm teams was, in retrospect, the right way. The left-handed shooter played his way back into the spotlight via Toblach (2021/22) and Vipiteno (2022/23) and impressed on his return to the Wolves jersey. Coach Valtonen and the fans saw De Lorenzo as a bright spot towards the end of the season. Now things should continue like this for the 21-year-old from Bruneck.

The 23-year-old spent 4 years away as a teenager: after the HCP Junior, he got the finishing touches with the Vipiteno Broncos (1 year) and the Tölzer Löwen before returning to HC Pustertal in the Alps Hockey League. After several junior world championships, Berger is now a permanent member of the extended circle of the national team.

From 2018 to 2021, the tireless rascal played an increasingly important role in the AlpsHL at the HCP; Berger was able to move to the ICE Hockey League primarily because of his commitment and team-friendly style of play. 12 scorer points and a lot of ice time remained from his first two years as a professional ice hockey player. At the end of the season, the striker was not above playing the playoffs with the farm team, the Wipptal Broncos (7 games, 4 points).
