Derby fever is rampant again.

Tomorrow, Sunday at 18 pm, the fourth derby of this year's ICEHL season will take place between HCB Südtirol Alperia and HC Falkensteiner Pustertal.

The two South Tyrolean teams have faced each other three times this season; HCB won the last two encounters, while HCP won the first. This is the last game for both teams before the Olympic break.

The Sparkasse Arena in Bolzano is almost sold out; remaining tickets will be available on match day in front of the stadium. Once again, a fantastic derby atmosphere is expected.

“I expect to take all three points. I want to be number one in South Tyrol and consequently in Italy,” HCB Managing Director Dieter Knoll declared defiantly in an interview with Lies s+. He assesses the chances as 50/50. “Anything is possible. In the end, it will probably come down to who's on form on the day,” Knoll said.

After their 6-0 defeat in Linz on Wednesday, HCB will be looking to make amends tomorrow. Meanwhile, HC Pustertal put their midweek 1-7 thrashing against Graz behind them with a 3-1 victory against Villach yesterday. (click here for the match report).
