Manuel Öhler is 22 years old and, after several years in the Buam first team, got a taste of the ICE atmosphere at HCP. In addition to the 56 appearances with the Wolves, Öhler got valuable ice time on the Ritten and played 25 times for his hometown club. This year, the tall striker will also receive a two-way contract that will allow him to continue to mature.
"I am very happy to continue to be a part of the HCP and to be able to build on the great last season. The two-way contract gives me the opportunity to develop further and I definitely want to do my part to help the team," said Öhler.
Manuel Öhler will also receive a two-way contract this year.
A new face in the Pustertal, however, is Alan LobisThe striker comes from Kaltern - like Andergassen, Mantinger and Bernard - and moved to Finland at the age of 16. After 3 years of junior ice hockey in the far north and 3 junior world championships with the Azzurri, the left-handed shooter returned to South Tyrol. With the Rittner Buam, the 20-year-old Lobis scored no less than 44 points in 55 games and made a statement.
Both players have started their preseason preparations with the Wolves. Thanks to the cooperation between the Wolves and Buam sports management, the players will be given the best possible opportunity for their development via a two-way contract. "I chose the HCP because I really like the path the club has chosen. I'm looking forward to the atmosphere in the Intercable Arena and want to use my qualities to help the team as best as possible to have a long and successful season," explained Lobis.
