Salzburg extends with its winning guarantor

Red Bull Salzburg is sticking with its proven goalkeeper duo. The Bulls announced the contract extensions of Atte Tolvanen and David Kickert on Tuesday.

Lead goalie Tolvanen, who will be considered an Austrian next season and thus no longer burden the foreign player contingent, enters his fifth season with the Bulls. He won the league title in each of his first four seasons and was named Most Valuable Player of the playoffs three times. In his fifth season this season, he shone with an incredible save percentage of 95,8 percent.

His backup, Kickert, is entering his fourth season with the reigning ICE champions. Both goalies will soon represent Austria's national team at the A World Championships in Sweden.
