From South to North: Miceli's ice hockey journey continues

Angelo Miceli laced up his skates for HC Bozen for seven years, but since his departure in the summer of 2024, he's proven to be a true wanderer. Now he's moving away from the ICE Hockey League again.

Personally, Angelo Miceli has long since put down roots in Kaltern, but professionally, the Italian-Canadian, whose grandparents come from southern Italy, is now moving abroad again. He is moving from Asiago to ten-time Danish champions SønderjyskE.

Miceli's European journey continues. After leaving Bolzano, the 31-year-old forward moved to Great Britain to play for the Sheffield Steelers. However, due to limited ice time there, he returned to the ICE Hockey League in November, where he made 22 appearances for Asiago, recording nine points.

In the future, the former Italian international will set up camp in the southern Danish town of Vojens, which has a population of 8.000, and will be hunting for goals for the recently dethroned champions SønderjyskE.
