The clear favorites were Vegas Golden Knights in their first-round series against the Minnesota Wild shocked again. After tying the series in Game 2, Minnesota turned the tide in the first home game at the Xcel Energy Center with a 5-2 victory.

The Wild's star of the night was once again forward Kirill Kaprizov, who scored two goals. Austrian Marco Rossi added a goal and an assist.

In game 3 of the series against the Winnipeg Jets succeeded St.Louis Blues The Blues secured their first victory with an impressive 7-2 home victory at the Enterprise Center. The Blues' front line was the deciding factor. Pavel Buchnevich contributed a hat trick and an assist, Robert Thomas added three assists, and defenseman Cam Fowler added a goal and four assists.

The Florida Panthers last night (CEST) also won the second game of their best-of-seven series against the Tampa Bay Lightning on foreign ice. The Panthers won 6-2 at Amalie Arena after a 1-2 victory in Game 0. In a defensively focused game, an early goal by Nate Schmidt made the difference.

Toronto remains freezing cold

In game 3 of the series against the Ottawa Senators got the Toronto Maple Leafs Their third victory. They won 3-2 in overtime at the Canadian Tire Centre for the second consecutive game. This time, Simon Benoit made the difference.
