The regional league goal factory never tires

Tscherms Marling had only just made headlines on Saturday with an incredible 9-1 victory against Lana in the Landesliga. Now, four days later, the team from the Burgraviate followed up with another win in a derby match.

Tscherms Marling won their rescheduled match against newly promoted Gargazon 5-1 on Wednesday evening. With 57 goals scored, Hansi Mayr and assistant coach Martin Klotzner's team now have the joint-highest tally in the Landesliga, tied with Naturns. Marling currently sits in fourth place in the league table.

After two consecutive promotions and a mid-table finish last year, Tscherms Marling has taken another step forward in its second season in the Landesliga. They currently trail second-placed Naturns by six points. Their opponents, Gargazon, who have conceded the second-most goals, are currently in mid-table.
