Championship dreams and relegation battles: Keep an eye on the Landesliga
A potentially decisive matchday is on the schedule in the Landesliga. The focus is on Bruneck and two relegation candidates.

Bruneck and promotion to the Oberliga: For years, it seemed like they were cursed. The Puster Valley team repeatedly came close to the long-awaited jump to the higher league, but somehow it never quite happened. This year, it will finally happen: In the remaining three matches, Roberto Fuschini's team needs just one more point to clinch the championship title.
Bruneck are eager to celebrate as early as Saturday: The league's top scorer (76 goals) will face ninth-placed Gargazon away from home. The Burgraviate team is virtually safe from relegation. A huge championship party could therefore be taking place at the Gargazon sports ground.

Also on Saturday, a real relegation battle takes place: Stegen hosts Lana. These two clubs are currently tied on points in third-to-last place, a position that condemns them to relegation to the First Amateur League. In short: Whoever wins the match in Stegen has a great chance of staying in the league. Schenna and Freienfeld have already been relegated.
