Schuster sees positive development

The Supercup final kicked things off, and today the first cup matches follow, before the league kicks off in earnest on the last weekend of August. South Tyrol's amateur football season traditionally opened yesterday with the presentation of the fixture lists in Bolzano. What's new: there are no longer any double-header weeks.

“From my own experience, I know that with three games in a week, at least one game will go wrong,” said South Tyrol’s football boss Klaus Schuster, who was on the bench as a coach for many years, with a grin.
