FC Südtirol is heading for the final spurt

“After the Easter break we are ready to enter the final games of the championship, pursuing an extraordinary because unexpected goal. Participation in the playoffs remains a dream that we have kept open through our good performances. Carrarese has been without a win away from home for months Carrarese was only promoted to the 1st Division this season and has played a good championship overall, even if there has been a sharp drop in performance in the last few weeks. The result of the last five games is rather modest at three points; Carrarese hasn't won away from home since October 30th. On Sunday in Bolzano, coach Sottili will have to do without the suspended Corrent and Orlandi, as well as probably also the injured Pacciardi and Bregliano. In all likelihood, Giuseppe Giovinco, brother of national player Sebastian, will at least return to the substitutes' bench. The team's top scorer is striker Gaeta with nine goals.

FC Südtirol is heading for the final spurt
