FC Südtirol lost to AC Spezia 1:2

FC Südtirol had the first opportunity of the game on matchday 31 in the 1st Division District B in front of 4000 spectators on artificial turf. Bacher, who was preferred in midfield, curled a free kick into the penalty area in the tenth minute, where Tagliani tested Russo for the first time with a shot from the turn.

In the 38th minute it was Fischnelller whose shot was deflected into the goal. And four minutes later the guests were allowed to cheer. Schenetti and Giannetti undermined the defense with a nice one-two before Schenetti pushed the ball over the line. At this point, the White-Reds' equalizer was more than deserved, because in the last few minutes the FCS - driven by Manuel Fiwickeler - had pressed wildly on Spezia's goal.

In return, Marotta almost put the Ligurian club in the lead again. Iacobucci directed his right-footed shot into the goal.

After the break, the guests immediately showed their claws when Schenetti shot from the edge of the penalty area - but the ball went past the goal and out of bounds. But the home team also played with an open mind: Lollo from around 16 meters, but Iacobucci picked the ball. Just two minutes later, Bacher missed the ball in the penalty area, making the shot easy for Russo.

An hour had passed when the guests did something for the spectators again. Pedrelli placed a free kick just a meter wide of the left post of the box guarded by Iacobucci. The shocking moment came in the 64th minute when Lucioni maneuvered the ball into the net, but the referees disallowed the goal due to an offside position.

Shortly after coming on as a substitute, Chiavarini headed the ball over the goal in the 68th minute after Leggittimo had hit a cross into the penalty area. On the other side it was also a substitute player, namely Evacuo, who caused danger with a header (77'). However, the ball went wide of the goal.

Three minutes before the end, the guests had an ice-cold shower. After a corner, the ball landed at Madonna's feet, who gave Iacobucci the losing end with a right-footed shot from 25 meters into the top corner.
