FC Südtirol and Hellas Verona drew 0-0

Due to a heavy cloudburst with lightning and thunder, the encounter began half an hour late. FCS coach Giovanni Stroppa had to do without the injured Grea, Campo and Filehner, and Clementi and Pfitscher, who is taking part in the Universiade, were also unavailable.
