Two traditional German clubs have arrived in South Tyrol
Shortly before the start of the new season, two of Germany's most traditional football clubs have moved into their summer training camps in South Tyrol. Both 1. FC Kaiserslautern and 1. FC Nürnberg are preparing for the new season in the 2. Bundesliga in the north of the country.

The 1. FC Kaiserslautern The team arrived in Sterzing on Sunday, where the "Red Devils" will hold their training camp until July 26. The traditional Palatinate club is staying at the Hotel Engels Park in the Fugger town. The program includes numerous training sessions as well as a friendly match against FC Südtirol on Saturday, July 25 (11 a.m.), at the Sterzing sports complex.
Also on Sunday, the 1. FC Nürnberg The team is heading to South Tyrol. Coach Miroslav Klose's squad will set up camp in Gais near Bruneck, where they will work on their form for the upcoming second division season with a 28-man roster. The training camp will conclude next Saturday with a friendly match against Italian second division side FC Palermo at the Vahrn sports complex.
