Sancho is training again at Manchester United

Jadon Sancho's stay at Borussia Dortmund is becoming increasingly unlikely in light of the latest developments. The attacking player, who is on loan from Manchester United, has spoken to coach Erik ten Hag after their dispute that led to his return to BVB.

Sancho is back in team training and is also in the Premier League club's squad for a friendly match against Glasgow Rangers today. A stay with the Red Devils, which had previously been ruled out, now seems possible.

"We had a good conversation. Anyone can make a mistake. If the player thinks about it carefully, then we draw a line under it and move on," said ten Hag to the Dutch daily newspaper "AD". He hopes that something clicks with Sancho. "This club needs good players, and one thing is certain: Jadon Sancho is an incredibly good player. I hope that it still works out and that he contributes to our success," said the 24-year-old Dutchman.

New chance for Sancho?

Ten Hag and Sancho had fallen out at the beginning of the preseason. After the coach criticized the dribbling artist's attitude to training, Sancho accused him of lying on social media. He was then suspended. BVB loaned Sancho, who had already played for the Black and Yellows from 2017 to 2021, and hoped for another loan. Sancho moved to Manchester in 2021 for 85 million euros.
