OM fires Roberto De Zerbi

Roberto De Zerbi is no longer the coach of Olympique Marseille. The traditional French club announced this a few days after their 0-5 defeat at Paris Saint-Germain.

According to reports, the separation was by mutual agreement. Under the 46-year-old Italian, Marseille were recently eliminated from the Champions League in the group stage. The team currently sits fourth in the French league. De Zerbi became Marseille's coach in the summer of 2024. Last season, he led Olympique to a second-place finish in the league.
