Eva Schatzer has won the first title of the new season with Juventus. The Varna native won the Women's Cup final with the Bianconere, beating Roma 3-2.

Schatzer was back in the starting lineup for the final, having scored the winning goal for Juventus as a substitute in the semi-final against Inter (2-1). The South Tyrolean was among the key players, skillfully setting up national striker Barbara Bonansea for a 2-1 lead in the 69th minute. After Rome equalized in the 79th minute, Lindsey Thomas fired Juventus to clinch the title in stoppage time.
