It was a fantastic weekend for Sofia Goggia. After months of injury, the star downhill skier celebrated a victory and a second place on her comeback in Beaver Creek (USA). After returning from the United States, Goggia paid a visit to her beloved club Atalanta - and saw a 6-1 victory against Cesena in the round of XNUMX of the Coppa Italia.

For the currently great "Dea", the match was already decided after 35 minutes. Thanks to goals from Zappacosta (4th), De Ketelaere (8th, 35th) and Samardzic (27th), the Bergamasco team led 4-0. After the break, Brescianini (54th) and again Samardzic (71st) added two more goals, while Ceesay scored the consolation goal for Serie B club Cesena (90th).

Roma celebrated a 4-1 triumph against Sampdoria (also Serie B), with Dovbyk scoring twice (9th, 19th). Baldanzi (24th) and Shomurodov (79th) scored the other goals, and Yepes scored for Sampdoria to make it 1-3 (61st).

Roma will face Milan in the quarter-finals, while Atalanta will face Bologna in early February.
