Fabian Tait immediately had an anecdote to share when the conversation turned to his anniversary match on Sunday against Padova. "Before the last match, captain Nicolas Haas was honored for his 100 appearances for Empoli. I congratulated him in the players' tunnel. He then asked me how many matches I had played for FC Südtirol. I held up four. He replied, '40?' 'No, almost 400,' I said. The Empoli captain was speechless."
