With four consecutive wins, FC Südtirol has catapulted itself into the middle of the table. On Monday, the Red and Whites also announced another winter signing.

On the final day of the transfer window, FC Südtirol made another move. They signed Riccardo Tonin on loan from league rivals Delfino Pescara, with an option to buy. The 25-year-old made ten appearances for the bottom-placed Serie B side this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist. The former Italian U18 international and AC Milan youth player will primarily strengthen FCS' squad depth.

Fabrizio Castori now has another striker at his disposal, in addition to Silvio Merkaj, Emanuele Pecorino, Raphael Odogwu, and Simone Verdi (who also arrived in the winter). Besides Verdi and Tonin, FC Südtirol also signed midfielders Marco Frigerio and Domen Crnijoj, and goalkeeper Alessio Cragno during the winter transfer window.
