Niklas Pyyhtiä, Riccardo Stivanello, and Vasco Lopes will play for FC Südtirol next season. The former, in particular, is likely to evoke fond memories for FCS fans. After all, the 22-year-old Finn has already worn the white and red jersey 18 times (as of spring 2025) and made a strong impression. As a newly capped Finnish international, Pyyhtiä now returns to the FCS training ground in Montiggler Forest on loan from Bologna.
Pyyhtiä has brought another Bologna player, Stivanello, with him. The 22-year-old central defender most recently played for Lumezzane in Serie C, where he put in strong performances. Stivanello, who hails from Dolo in Veneto, was previously sidelined by a serious knee injury. At FCS, he now gets his first chance to prove himself in Serie B.
The winger comes from Poland
Sporting director Matteo Lovisa has signed an interesting player from Poland in 26-year-old Vasco Lopes. The four-time Cape Verdean international joins FCS from first-division club Radomiak Radom for around €200.000. Lopes is already training at the FCS training center and is a winger who prefers to operate on the right side. From there, the Portuguese-born Lopes likes to cut inside with his strong left foot.Edit Profile
