Setback for FCO: Srmcka injured
FC Obermais faces a tough away game in Mestre on Sunday. Against the third-placed Venetians, the club will have to do without Armand Srmcka – just as they will for the next few months.

Having arrived in Obermais in the summer as one of their marquee signings, Armand Srmcka has had a mixed season. The Viennese player started well before suffering a muscle injury, which subsequently forced him to compete with Samuel Villgrattner for the starting position. Srmcka had recently been in good form again, but now he has suffered a significant setback.
Srmcka suffered a knee injury in training, which, after further examination, turned out to be serious. The meniscus is torn, and the cruciate and medial collateral ligaments are also affected. The Austrian will be out for around two months and will therefore be unavailable to Obermais in the crucial coming weeks (four direct matches follow Mestre).
In Mestre against Melchiori from Bolzano
First up, captain Martin Ciaghi and his teammates face Mestre on Sunday (14.30:3 pm). The Venetians are currently in third place and won the first leg in Obermais. The goalscorer in that match was Lorenzo Melchiori. The FCO players will have to do without instructions from coach Flavio Toccoli on Sunday. He has been suspended for one match by the Serie D sports court for leaving the coaching zone in the last home game against Este and consequently receiving a red card.Serie D, Group C: Matchday 19
