Alexander Isak wants to leave Newcastle United and join Liverpool FC. Despite a contract until 2028 and an offer of approximately €138 million, Newcastle has so far rejected the offer. The 25-year-old Swede is not currently training with the team and has rejected a contract extension. His market value is €120 million, and Newcastle will only let the center forward leave for €175 million. Isak himself – as of now – never wants to play for Newcastle again.

What's the problem? Newcastle actually wanted to replace Isak Benjamin Sesko But the young Slovenian was drawn to Manchester United for €77 million. Now Newcastle would have to re-examine the market for a potential Isak replacement. Incidentally, Liverpool already signed Florian Wirtz for €120 million and Hugo Ekitike for €80 million this summer.
